The warranty period of the products sold by our company is 12 months after the installation and commissioning is completed. During the warranty period, it is guaranteed that the annual startup rate is not less than 96% of the legal working day. The warranty period is 36 months, and free services such as remote guidance and on-site repair are provided during the warranty period.

        During the warranty period, regular and irregular inspections of the system are provided. The company promises the above warranty service when the user encounters a performance failure in normal use. In addition, if the national applicable laws and regulations provide otherwise, the company will comply with the relevant laws and regulations. 
During the warranty period, the following conditions are not included in the warranty commitment, but paid maintenance services can be implemented. The specific maintenance price will be determined by the parties through negotiation:
